Your Instagram inbox, answered from your own price list.
The agent reads every message and comment on your Instagram account and answers from the catalogue, prices and policies you have written down. A question about money or a complaint goes to a person on your team, with the whole thread attached.
Send it a message the way a customer would.
Pick a sample business and watch three customer messages arrive and get answered. Then type a question of your own in the box and the agent replies for that business.
Every answer beside this was handled without you.
Ask about money or a complaint — that is when this fills.
The thread above is a sample. Carry on typing in it and the agent answers live for that business. Customers are told they are talking to an assistant, and money, complaints and account access always reach a person.
A shop’s inbox from the first DM to the last.
A sample Saturday at northlane.store, a clothing shop that sells through Instagram. Nobody on the team opened the inbox until a complaint came in.
“Do you have this in blue?” answered from the catalogue
Sofia K. asked about the linen shirt in size M. The agent found blue in stock and sent her the product link.
“Can I collect today?” answered from your opening hours
The shop hours you wrote down say Saturday until six, so the customer was told the order is ready to collect this afternoon.
“It arrived damaged” handed to Emma with the thread
The agent does not answer a complaint on its own. Emma W. received the thread with its history and replied from her phone.
The day’s threads summarised for Monday
Each conversation of the day goes into one digest: what was answered, what went to a person and what the agent could not answer.
Two messages, each written for you to act on.
One arrives the moment a thread needs a person. The other arrives once a day and covers everything the agent handled.
The thread arrives ready to answer.
Sent to the person you named for that kind of message.
Who
The customer’s name and handle, and who on your team has the thread.
What
The reason in one line, such as a parcel that arrived damaged.
The last three messages
Quoted as the customer wrote them.
What the agent said
Word for word, so your reply picks up where it stopped.
The day, read on one screen.

Questions your material does not cover yet.
Watch
Reply times and anything unusual in the day’s messages.
A DM’s path through your shop.
The agent reads the message in the customer’s own words and answers only from your price list, stock and policies. Routine replies leave within seconds, money and complaints go to a person, and each reply is written to the audit trail.
The messages that fill a shop’s inbox.
Each answer comes from material you have written down. Where your material is silent, the thread goes to your team.

A fixed price
Set in the proposal, before work starts.
Staging + approval
You see it and approve it before it goes live.
Documentation
How it works and how to change it, handed over.
Before it answers your customers.
Send any other question in writing; a written answer follows within one business day.
Will customers know it is an agent?
Yes. The first reply in a new conversation tells the customer they are writing to an assistant for your shop, and they can ask for a person at any point in the thread.
What happens when it does not know?
It tells the customer a person will reply and hands the thread to your team. The question also appears in the next digest under “Could not answer”, so you can write the answer once and the agent uses it from then on.
Can it take payments?
No, a person does. The agent can share your checkout link and quote your written payment policy; charges, refunds and anything else about money stay with someone on your team.
Does it work in my language?
It replies in the language the customer writes in, including a message that mixes two. The answers still come only from your material, whichever language the question arrives in.
Not sure what you need? Ask in writing.
Describe the work in a few lines. We will reply in writing within one business day with what we would build and how.
