Voice AI

The call you missed at seven gets a text at seven.

A voice agent answers your existing number when nobody on your team can. It handles the routine questions, books into your calendar and texts every caller it missed. When a call needs a person, it hands the call to one.

Everything in writing. A written reply within one business day.

One evening at the clinic

Six minutes from a missed call to a booking.

A sample evening at a physiotherapy clinic with one phone line, and nobody free to pick it up when it rang.

19:52line busy

A call rings out while the line is busy

Claire M. rang while the clinic’s one line was taken. After five rings she hung up, and the agent kept her number with the time she called.

A text goes back with a booking link

Seconds later she had a text on the same number: a link to book online, and a note that her next call would be answered.

The caller rings again and the agent answers

On the second ring the agent picked up, said it was the clinic’s voice agent and asked how it could help.

A booking is made, and the claim question is left for the front desk

Claire M. booked a first assessment for Thursday. Her question about an insurance claim went to Emma W. at the front desk as a written message.

Three ways it keeps calls

Answered, booked or texted back, and a person whenever one is asked for.

The agent picks up at any hour, day or night, on the number your callers already use.

Answering

Picks up around the clock, answers the questions callers ask most, takes messages and routes each caller to the right person, in the tone your front desk uses.

Booking and qualifying

Asks the questions you set before it books, places the appointment in your calendar and sends you a written summary of each lead. Calls after hours are covered the same way.

Text-back

Every call that goes unanswered gets a text at once with a booking link, and the caller is saved with the time they rang.

Handover

Say the word and the call goes to a person. The agent knows where its script ends and transfers there too.

Where it stops

Four things it never does alone.

The agent is scoped narrow on purpose. At each of these it steps back for a person on your team.

01

Passing itself off as a person

It introduces itself as the clinic’s voice agent at the start of every call and never bluffs an answer it does not have.

02

A question it does not recognise

During opening hours the call is transferred to your team. After hours it takes a structured message and texts you a summary.

03

Anything sensitive

A caller with a sensitive matter is put through to a person, or a message is taken for one. The agent does not answer it.

04

A voice or script you have not approved

You hear the voice and read the script before launch. Nothing goes live on your line until you approve both.

A call’s path, answered or missed

Every call ends booked, texted back or with a person.

A call on your existing number reaches the agent or rings out. Either way it lands somewhere useful, and both paths end in the same call log.

An incoming call on your existing number takes one of two paths. Answered: the voice agent answers and introduces itself, then books into your calendar. Missed: a missed call, line busy or after hours, gets a text sent back with a booking link. Anything it should not answer is transferred to a person. Both paths end in the call log, with the transcript and outcome for every call.
Every call on record

Your line, your accounts, a written record of each call.

The setup changes nothing for your callers, and each call leaves a transcript you can read.

Your number, unchanged for callers

Calls reach the agent by forwarding or a direct connection to your line. Callers keep dialling the number they know.

A transcript and outcome for every call

Booked, message taken or transferred: each call is written up with its transcript, ready to read the next morning.

Call costs on your own accounts

Per-minute usage runs on accounts in your name. The proposal estimates it from your own call volume before anything is built.

Alone or together

Answering, booking and text-back each run on their own or side by side on the same number.

Every engagement

Four things you always get.

Whatever the size of the work, these come with it.

01

A written brief

What we agreed to build, in one document.

02

A fixed price

Set in the proposal, before work starts.

03

Staging + approval

You see it and approve it before it goes live.

04

Documentation

How it works and how to change it, handed over.

FAQ

Before it answers your phone.

Send any other question in writing; a written answer follows within one business day.

Will callers know it is an agent?

Yes. It introduces itself as your voice agent when it answers, keeps to the topics you approved and never pretends to be a person. A caller who asks for someone on your team is put through.

What happens on a question it cannot handle?

During opening hours the call transfers to a person on your team. After hours the agent takes a structured message with the caller’s name, number and question, and sends you a text summary so your call back starts where theirs ended.

Does it work with our number?

Yes. It connects by forwarding from your current line or by a direct connection to your phone system. Callers dial the same number, and nothing about the call changes on their side.

How is the call cost set?

Calls are charged per minute on accounts in your name. The proposal states an estimate worked out from your own call volume, so you know the figure before you agree to anything.
