Every answer comes with the page it came from.
The assistant reads your site, your manuals and your procedures, searches them before it replies and answers from what it found, with the document and section shown underneath. When your material says nothing on a question, it tells the person asking and passes the question to someone on your team.
Two questions in four minutes, and where each one went.
A sample morning at a service desk. The first question is answered from the returns policy with the section shown; the second is one the material does not cover.
A question typed at the service desk
A customer on the phone wants to return an opened filter cartridge. Daniel asks the assistant instead of the colleague at the next desk.
Three passages found in your material
It searches your policies and manuals before writing a word, and nothing from outside them is used.
The answer, with the document and section under it
Opened cartridges can be exchanged within 14 days and are not refunded. The line under the answer names the file and the section it came from.
A question your material does not cover, handed to the person who owns it
Nothing in your documents gives the service interval for the X-40 pump, so the assistant says so and passes the question to Claire M. without offering a guess.
On your website, inside your team, or across every source you keep.
The same assistant can face your customers, serve your staff, or draw on several sources at once. Each build is shaped to its readers and its material.
On your website
Customers ask and get answers drawn from your pages, your policies and your product documents, each with its source.
Inside your team
Staff ask about procedures, policies and processes instead of asking each other. Access is limited to your own people.
Across several sources
Documents, your site, sheets and databases in one index, with a dashboard that reports usage and the questions nobody could answer.
The rule shared by all three
Search first, answer only from what was found, name the source, and decline the rest. No answer in your material means a person is asked.
Four things it will not do.
Each of these ends in the same place: the question goes to a person, or the assistant waits for your material to change.
Answer past your material
When nothing in your documents covers a question, it says so and hands it to the person you named. The handover is built in from the first day.
Mix in general knowledge
Nothing from the open internet or from general training finds its way into an answer. Your documents are the only source it quotes.
Quote an old version of a document
Change the source and the assistant answers from the new one. It re-reads on a schedule or when you ask, and on an operations engagement we watch that for you.
Read what you did not approve
It sees only the sources you have signed off. Anything outside that list stays outside the index.
The assistant in the corner is built this way.
It runs on our own pages the same way yours would run on your content. Each button below opens it with a prepared question, so you can watch it answer from its sources.
Ask about a service
It answers from our pages and shows the passage it used.
Describe your business
It suggests what fits and asks at most one question back.
Ask it to file a request
It shows you what goes to the team, then files it with a reference.
It remembers your earlier visit and any request you left open.
Search first, answer second, and a record of both.
Only the sources you approved are searched. The assistant answers from the passages it found and shows where each one came from; when nothing is found, the question goes to a person. Every answer and every gap is written down.
Four things you always get.
Whatever the size of the work, these come with it.
A written brief
What we agreed to build, in one document.
A fixed price
Set in the proposal, before work starts.
Staging + approval
You see it and approve it before it goes live.
Documentation
How it works and how to change it, handed over.
Before you give it your documents.
Send any other question in writing; a written answer follows within one business day.
How is this different from a chatbot?
A chatbot writes from general training and improvises when it is unsure. This assistant searches your content first, answers only from what it found and names the source. When nothing relevant turns up, it says so and hands the question to a person.
What can it read?
Web pages, PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, help-desk articles and databases, and only the ones you approve. It runs on accounts in your name, so the running cost is visible to you, stated in the proposal and never marked up.
What happens when we change a document?
The assistant re-reads your sources on a schedule or when you ask, so its answers follow the new version. On an operations engagement we watch the re-reading for you.
Which languages does it answer in?
The language the question was asked in, drawing on the same source content whichever language that is.
Not sure what you need? Ask in writing.
Describe the work in a few lines. We will reply in writing within one business day with what we would build and how.
