Tell us what takes up your team’s day.
Describe it the way you would to a new colleague. Everything here runs in writing, with no calls. A reference appears on this page the moment you send, and a written reply follows within one business day: what we would build, how it would work and when it would be ready, or a clear note that you do not need us.
Received. Your reference is .
The reply comes from hello@ihayz.com within one business day. Keep the reference; every message in the thread carries it.
Four steps, each one in writing.
The thread that opens with your brief carries every question, the proposal and your decision, so nothing depends on anyone’s memory of a call.
Your brief, with its reference
The reference shows on this page as soon as you send, and every later message in the thread carries it.
Questions, if any, in writing
If a part of the brief leaves us unsure, we ask in the same thread, and you answer when it suits you.
A written proposal
What we would build, how it would run, what it needs from your side and the date it would be ready, in one document.
You decide, in writing
Accept, ask for changes or stop there. Once you accept, the build is delivered with a recorded walkthrough.
Prefer email? Write to hello@ihayz.com. It opens the same kind of thread, with the same reply time.
Before you send the brief.
Anything else can go in the brief itself; the written reply answers it.
What should the brief say?
Where the time goes today, who does that work, and the tools it passes through. A few sentences are enough to begin; if we need more, we ask in the thread.
Why no calls?
A written thread keeps every question, answer and decision where both sides can find them later, and our reply reaches you at an hour that suits you.
What if you are not the right fit?
The reply says so in writing, and where we can, it names what would serve you better. No proposal is sent for work you do not need.
