Does it need our Shopify password?
No. Following steps we send in writing, you set up a custom app inside your own admin and grant it the permissions we list. The access covers only what the work needs, and you can revoke it at any time.
Will it publish without asking?
No. Every product is created as a draft and goes live only on your approval. After the first batch, price and stock changes arrive through the monthly sync, and each change is logged against its product.
What if the sheet is missing a fabric or a size?
The field is marked “confirm” and you are asked. A fabric, a measurement, a care note or a price that is not in your sheet or photos is never invented. Once you answer, the product is finished in the naming and tone set by your questionnaire and your existing products.
We also sell on marketplaces. Same agent?
The catalogue is the same; the delivery differs. Each marketplace expects its own format, and the Marketplace Catalogue Agent writes it from the same master record, so both can run side by side.
