Built on accounts in your name
Agents, assistants and automations use your cloud account and your own phone numbers, keys for each API and tools. We do not ask for the main login to your hosting, and access covers only what the job needs.
Your content trains nothing
What you give us is used to answer your customers and for no other purpose. A knowledge assistant searches an index built from your documents and replies from that index alone.
That index is the only copy we hold, and where we can, it lives on your accounts. A written request has it deleted once the engagement ends.

What stays with you if the engagement ends
Because everything runs on your own accounts and connections, ending an engagement moves nothing out of your hands. The accounts, the material you supplied and your records remain yours, and we write down what was running and where in language anyone can follow.
What we build and run on our own side remains ours to operate. Nothing about your business is kept back as leverage.
What the assistant on this site remembers
The chat assistant in the corner keeps a short note so it never has to ask you the same thing twice. During a chat it stores the conversation and a brief working note on our server: what your business does, what you asked and what it suggested. The note is tied to a random identifier stored by your browser rather than to your identity.
If you choose to share a name or email address, they are stored with the note so a later visit can carry on from the same point. None of it goes to third parties, and none of it is used for training.
