  1. Connect
  2. The questionnaire
  3. Build and test
  4. Demo and go-live
  5. What reaches you

1. Connect your account

You press connect on Instagram or WhatsApp and approve access through the platform’s own official sign-in. We never learn your password, and you can remove the connection from your own settings whenever you like.

2. Fill in one written questionnaire

It asks, once and in writing, for your prices, policies, delivery rules, tone of voice, opening hours and the topics that must always reach a person.

3. Built and tested on your real messages

The agent learns from your catalogue, your policies and your real past conversations. Before any live customer meets it, it is tested against questions you have already been asked.

Because it learns from those messages, it replies in whichever language your customers use, mixed-language messages included.

4. A recorded demo, then go-live

You watch a recording of the agent replying to your real questions, and it goes live once you approve. From then on, the monthly service keeps its answers correct as your prices, stock and policies change.
