The accepted proposal is the agreement
Nothing is settled on a call and remembered two ways later. The proposal you accept is the contract, and every price, date and decision stays in a thread you can search months afterwards.
Updates and questions in the same thread
As the build moves forward, updates are posted where the proposal already sits. Our questions are gathered into one message, and you reply to them in the same place, so no detail relies on anyone recalling a conversation.
Demos you can replay and forward
You see your system at work in a video recording. Play it again, pass it to a partner, and decide when you are ready rather than during a live session.
Go-live, written down
At go-live you receive in writing the accounts and data in your name, together with documentation a non-specialist can follow. Each decision taken on the way is already in the thread beside it.
