Registration and GST details are printed on every contract and invoice. Finance teams outside India receive the paperwork they are used to, and accountants in India receive what they expect.
The payment schedule
You see the payment schedule in each proposal before you accept it. As builds grow, a larger share is paid only once you have watched the system work. Writing the proposal carries no charge.

The proposal states which of these schedules applies to your work. A build that never reaches its review never reaches its final invoice.
Payment links for services ordered on the site
Fixed-price services ordered from the site are paid through a secure card payment link. It is sent on the day you ask, with the invoice from the matching company. Depending on which company bills you, the link takes card, a mobile wallet or UPI.
Paying through a freelance marketplace
If you would rather have escrow for a first project, we can also work through a major freelance marketplace.
Vendor forms and tax paperwork
Send your vendor onboarding form in writing and it comes back filled in and signed by the right company. US clients can ask for a W-9 or W-8, which Media Experts LLC issues. More about both companies is on the Company page.
